Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all sales are final. In accordance with Texas law, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To process your request, you must provide:

Refund Eligibility
